2. Services Provided
Car Shine Lab provides high-end car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior polishing, ceramic coatings, interior restoration, and engine bay cleaning. All services are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
We make every effort to ensure accurate service descriptions and pricing, but we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
3. Appointments & Booking Policy
All appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is approved. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Payment Terms
All prices listed on our website or in-store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payment options.
5. Service Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver exceptional detailing results, Car Shine Lab cannot guarantee perfection in all circumstances. Vehicle condition, previous damage, age, and paint quality may limit the final outcome. We do not accept liability for:

Poor factory paintwork or previous detailing by third parties

Unexpected outcomes resulting from undisclosed issues (e.g. hidden electrical faults, leaks, loose trim)
Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended as mechanical or structural repairs. Clients are encouraged to discuss expectations before services begin.
6. Refund Policy
Car Shine Lab is committed to customer satisfaction, and we aim to address all concerns professionally. However, due to the nature of detailing services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been performed and completed.
If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify our team within 24 hours of service completion. We may offer a courtesy rework at our discretion, provided the vehicle has not been used or washed since the service. Refunds are not applicable for issues related to unrealistic expectations, undisclosed damage, or third-party alterations after service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Car Shine Lab, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, damage to vehicle parts, or missed appointments due to unforeseen delays.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, texts, images, graphics, and website design are the intellectual property of Car Shine Lab unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
